Virgin Life Care, Boston
New Product Launch – Print/Email
Dovetail Interactive was hired to promote global brand Virgin’s entry into the competitive American wellness market. Virgin Life Care is a prevention-driven health program that rewards members for being active, taking their health measurements, and achieving their goals. The company was launched in the US with a rollout in several regions.
Dovetail created branding and collateral to promote the company’s “Quest Challenge” contest, designed to generate awareness of and enrollment in Virgin Life Care. Members earned chances for prizes by tracking their health measurements at state-of-the-art kiosks located at participating health clubs and workplaces.
EXACT Sciences - Marlborough, Mass.
Cancer Screening Collateral
EXACT Sciences, an applied genomics company focusing on early disease detection, hired Dovetail Interactive to help brand and create collateral for its nationwide colon screening campaign, “Make Colon Screening A Reality.” The successful campaign involved several well-known reality television stars who promoted colon screenings at speaking engagements.
Drawing on our extensive wellness promotion experience, Dovetail produced campaign materials addressing the importance of colon cancer screenings. In addition, Dovetail art-directed illustrations for the instructional booklet distributed to patients with EXACT Sciences’ screening test.
Biogen Idec– Cambridge, Mass.
Branded/Non-Branded Sites on Multiple Sclerosis Therapy
Dovetail re-designed MS Active Source to incorporate new branding guidelines, and created the overall user experience for Avonex.com (information architecture, content and design). Both sites were designed to help optimize search engine results.
Prentice Hall Publishing, Boston:
Microsite Re-Design, Online Essay Scorer and Demo
In the competitive textbook marketplace, companies that offer robust online resources have an advantage. One such resource is Prentice Hall Publishing’s Online Essay Scorer, which Dovetail was hired to upgrade. The Scorer automatically assesses and critiques electronically submitted essays, providing instructional feedback to students. Teachers can review all student-submitted essays, add comments, and change the automated score if they choose.
Dovetail Interactive enhanced this Web-based application by updating the design, and re-working the information architecture to include an array of student and teacher support materials.
